According to the Order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation dated 29 June 2010 Stella Kesaeva, the President of Stella Art Foundation, was appointed Commissioner for the Russian Pavilion at Venice Biennale in 2011, 2013 and 2015.
Starting from this moment Stella Art Foundation is preparing and implementing various exhibition projects that will be shown in the Russian Pavilion, particularly a system of selection and appointment of project curators is currently under formation.
