Bio

1938 was born in Kaluga, USSR

1952-1958 attended the Moscow secondary art school

1959-1965 studied at the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial College (formerly Stroganov)

1968-1977 created and implemented sculptural projects for urban space in Moscow, Ashgabat (Turkmenistan), Nouakchott (Mauritania)

1979 emigrated to Austria

1985 Awarded German Bundesland Rheinland-Pfalz State Award for the creation of works of art for public spaces

2007 appointed professor emeritus of the International Academy of Architecture (IAA)

Lives and works in Wiesbaden, Germany, and Vienna, Austria
