Stella Art Foundation is co-organiser of the Pushkin State Museum’s major presence at the fifty-eighth Venice Biennale of contemporary art. Works by contemporary artists Dmitry Krymov, Irina Nakhova, Gary Hill and !Mediengruppe Bitnik will be on view in the Church of San Fantin. The installations will occupy the entire area of the church and draw visitors into a special environment. The exhibition will feature a canvas by Tintoretto himself as well as a work by Emilio Vedova, one of Tintoretto’s followers among modern artists.
