On 23 September, Stella Kesaeva received the Cross of Honour of the Republic of Austria for Science and Art from Margot Klestil-Löffler, Austria’s consul to Russia, with Minister of Culture of the RF Alexander Avdeyev in attendance.
The recipients of this award from the government of Austria are determined by its President upon the recommendation of the federal official responsible for the arts and sciences.
