On Monday, 23 November, Dr Géza Andreas von Geyr, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Russian Federation, and Stella Kesaeva, President of the Stella Art Foundation, visited the applied art restoration workshops of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. Igor Borodin, Head of the Museum’s Restoration and Conservation Department, and Vasily Rastorguev, Senior Research Fellow in the Old Masters Art Department, told the visitors about the progress achieved in the project called “Study and Restoration of Sculptures by Donatello and other Renaissance Masters’ Works from the Displaced Cultural Property Holdings”.
