26 November 2010 | Evenings at Skaryatinsky: Natalia Mali, Andrey Prigov

"The Transformation of the Contemporary Artist", a performance by Natalia Mali and Andrey Prigov will take place on December 2, 2010, at 7 p.m. at the Stella Art Foundation in Skaryatinsky Pereulok, 7.

04 October 2010 | Venice Biennale

Stella Art Foundation is proud to announce the curator and artist to represent Russia at the 2011 Venice Biennale. The Russian Pavilion is to be curated by philosopher and art critic Boris Groys. Groys proposed the candidace of Andrei Monastyrski and Collective Actions for the Russian national pavilion at the Venice Biennale, which the Foundation approved.

23 September 2010 | Counterpoint. Russian Contemporary Art

Stella Art Foundation acted as a co-organizer of "Counterpoint: Russian Contemporary Art" exhibition, which will be open from October 14, 2010 at Medieval Louvre and Salle de la Maquette. The exhibition organized by the Louvre in association with the National Center for Contemporary Art and support of Louis Vuitton in the framework of the "Year of Russia in France". Exhibition curator:
Marie-Laure Bernadac, Musée du Louvre.

09 September 2010 | Modernikon

A large-scale installation by Andrey Kuzkin called “Levitation Heroes” from Stella Art Foundation collection will be demonstrated at Modernikon, the Russian art exhibition, at Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo in Turin, Italy. Exhibition curators: Francesco Bonami and Irene Calderoni. 

22 July 2010 | Stray War 2

On July 29, 2010 an exhibition titled "Stray War 2: Fruit Catchers" curated by Anastasia Dokuchayeva will be opened at the House of Moscow in Sevastopol. The project has been implemented with the assistance of the Moscow Government. The exhibition will be open till August 1, 2010.

07 July 2010 | Venice Biennale

According to the Order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation Stella Kesaeva, the President of Stella Art Foundation, was appointed Commissioner for the Russian Pavilion at Venice Biennale. More...

02 July 2010 | “Saint François d’Assise”

Stella Art Foundation in cooperation with the Government of Moscow presents the documental project on creation of scenography by Ilya and Emilia Kabakov to the Opera “Saint François d’Assise” of the French composer Olivier Messiaen’s. The exhibition will take place in Riga at the Maskavas Nama from 14 July till 18 July, 2010.

15 June 2010 | "ßêøî/Åñëè/If"

The Media-comfort installation by the Institution of Unstable Thoughts group from Stella Art Foundation collection is shown in the "If" ("ßêøî/Åñëè/If") project opened in Perm at the Museum of Contemporary Art.The exhibition is open through July 10, 2010.

07 June 2010 | “History Lesson”

Stella Art Foundation presented the works of Olga Chernysheva from a series called "Fisher Plants (Anabiosis)" taken from the Foundation’s collection for the “History Lesson” exhibition ("La Lecon de l'Histoire"). The exhibition will take place in Paris at the Palais de Tokyo in the framework of the "Year of Russia in France", and curated by Joseph Bakshtein.

01 June 2010 | Dvoeslovie/A Dialogue

Stella Art Foundation supported a contemporary art exhibition entitled Dvoeslovie/A Dialogue which take place in the narthex of the St. Martyr Tatiana Church of the Moscow State University from May 31 to June 14.
